Litor is a studio practice by Emmit Flynn devoted to small, precise objects pulled from the tide pools of the mind.
Litor exists to protect sensitivity and allow objects to matter privately.
The practice centers on small metal forms, shaped slowly, through sustained attention. Scale is intimate. Structure turns inward.
Each object is self-contained, sovereign.
Materials are chosen for their ability to live close to the body, to endure handling, moisture, and time without fragility. Forms emerge gradually through intuition and repetition—like relics unearthed from an ancient future.
Emmit Flynn is a sculptor engaged in long-term study of scale, form, and memory, grounded in years of drawing and visual study.
